  • Answer phone calls
  • Answer incoming phone calls. Our telephone lines include Caller Line ID which will also allow you see the incoming callers telephone number on the LCD screen.
  • Transfer phone calls
  • From the reception handset you can transfer a call to any of the extension handsets. If the extension is busy or does not answer the call it will ring back to the reception handset. You can also transfer calls from any of the extension handsets and also call internally between any of the extension handsets.
  • Voicemail
  • Record a voicemail message for afterhours or when your business is closed. This will allow incoming callers to reach your voicemail box where they can leave a message so that you can call them back.
  • Mobile extension app
  • Link your extension to your cellphone and make, receive and transfer calls with our remote mobile smartphone extension app that works as a virtual extension on your cellphone. Allows you to work from home or from a remote location when you are out of the office so that you can still make and receive your phone calls from your office extension.
  • Forward call
  • This feature allows you to divert your incoming calls to your cellphone when you are not in the office. You will also be able to transfer a call from any handset to an external number.
  • On hold
  • Place a call on hold while you attend to another incoming call.
  • Ring groups
  • Ring groups allow incomming calls to ring on all handsets at the same time or on a select number of handsets at the same time.
  • Call pick up
  • Retrieve a call ringing on another extension from your handset.
  • Night service
  • This feature allows your incoming calls to automatically go to voicemail (or divert to your cellphone) during non-office hours when your business is closed. During office hours when your business is open your incoming calls will automatically ring on your switchboard handset.
  • Music on hold
  • Professional music will be played when a call is transfered or when a call is put on hold.
  • IVR welcome message
  • Record a welcome message that will allow incoming callers to first hear the message before connecting to reception. You can also include options such as Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for accounts etc.
  • Voice recording
  • This is an optional feature which records all your incoming and outgoing telephone call conversations so that you can listen to any of the recordings when you need to.

Telephone lines:

Our hosted telephone lines include FREE Hunting Facilities and FREE Caller Line ID at no extra charge. 

Incoming calls will automatically divert to your cellphone number of choice if your telephone lines are out of order for any reason.
Once your telephone lines are working again, your incoming calls will automatically ring back on your switchboard handset.

Installation:

This order includes the programming and installation of the phone hardware equipment.

We connect these desk phone handsets onto your existing PC network cables at the desks where the phones will be used. If you do not have existing PC network cables our technicians can install and run the cables for the phones at an additional once-off cost of R517.50 per cable. You can communicate to us on the order form (after you have placed the order) whether you require any cabling.

Training:

This order includes end-user training on the use and functions of the PABX Phone System and the phone handsets, which will be carried out by the technician who does your installation.

Our support desk will also assist you telephonically or via whatsapp if you require any additional assistance.

Porting:

If you have an existing Telkom telephone number/s or another service providers telephone number/s, you can use your same telephone number on this PBX Phone System. We port your existing telephone number over to our hosted telephone line network which will allow you to use your existing landline number with this service. This is a seamless process with no interruption to your incoming calls. Porting costs a once-off fee of R224.25 per telephone number which will be added to your first invoice.

If you do not have a telephone number, we will supply you with a local geographic telephone number.
