We are a Dermatological practice with high call volumes. The past nine years we have been dealing with Telkom and continuously deteriorating service levels. We were moving to new premises and decided to upgrade our switchboard and telephone systems. I found South African Telecoms on the website and contacted them. I spoke to Mr Collin Williamson who listened to our requirements and assured that they will be able to assist.
A quote was sent followed by a call to explain the quote. All our concerns and enquiries were dealt with immediately. Chris the technician was sent our to look at the existing system and also met with our electrician and project manager at our new premises.
They dealt with Telkom on our behalf and also arranged our fibre line. The transition went well due to their continuous support and assistance from Sales, Technical and Admin. They are also cheaper than Telkom which is an added bonus. We will definitely recommend them due to the exceptional service we have received from the entire team.
