Get all these advanced calling features that will help you to easily manage your office telephone calls and create a professional image of your business for your customers:

• Answer phone calls

Answer incoming phone calls. Our telephone lines include Caller Line ID which will also allow you see the incoming callers telephone number on the LCD screen.

• Transfer phone calls

From the reception handset you can transfer a call to any of the extension handsets. If the extension is busy or does not answer the call it will ring back to the reception handset. You can also transfer calls from any of the extension handsets and also call internally between any of the extension handsets.

• Voicemail

Record a voicemail message for afterhours or when your business is closed. This will allow incoming callers to reach your voicemail box where they can leave a message so that you can call them back.

• Mobile extension app

Link your extension to your cellphone and make, receive and transfer calls with our remote mobile smartphone extension app that works as a virtual extension on your cellphone. Allows you to work from home or from a remote location when you are out of the office so that you can still make and receive your phone calls from your office extension.

• Forward call

This feature allows you to divert your incoming calls to your cellphone when you are not in the office. You will also be able to transfer a call from any handset to an external number.

• On hold

Place a call on hold while you attend to another incoming call.

• Ring groups

Ring groups allow incomming calls to ring on all handsets at the same time or on a select number of handsets at the same time.

• Call pick up

Retrieve a call ringing on another extension from your handset.

• Night service

This feature allows your incoming calls to automatically go to voicemail (or divert to your cellphone) during non-office hours when your business is closed. During office hours when your business is open your incoming calls will automatically ring on your switchboard handset.

• Music on hold

Professional music will be played when a call is transfered or when a call is put on hold.

• IVR welcome message

Record a welcome message that will allow incoming callers to first hear the message before connecting to reception. You can also include options such as Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for accounts etc.

• Voice recording

This is an optional feature which records all your incoming and outgoing telephone call conversations so that you can listen to any of the recordings when you need to.

INSTALLATION:

The Yealink wireless desk phones are easy and quick to install. All you need to do is simply connected them to a 220V power supply at the desks where you would like to use them.
The handsets make use your existing WiFi network and we will pre-program them before being disptached.

TRAINING:

Included - Easy to follow step-by-step user manuals on the use and functions of the phone handsets.
Included - Telephonic & whatsapp assitance from our support desk who will also assist you telephonically or via whatsapp if you require any additional assistance.

PORTING:

If you have an existing Telkom telephone number/s or another service providers telephone number, you can use the same telephone number with this Yealink bundle.

We port your existing telephone number over to our telephone network which will allow you to keep the same landline number.
This is a seamless process with no interruption to your incoming calls. Porting costs a once-off fee of R224.25 Incl VAT per telephone number which will be added to your first invoice.

If you do not have a telephone number, we will supply you with a local geographic telephone number.
